Online Services is a system that you can use to manage your domain name register entries.  It is an account based system that requires secure log in using an email address, password and optional passphrase. You can use this system to transfer your domain name to a new registrant.

We strongly recommend that you use your registrar to manage your domain names and associated services so that your domain name services are kept up-to-date.  However certain services can only be carried out by us such as transferring your domain name to a new registrant, downloading a registration certificate and cancelling your domain name.
