Non-executive director elections 2011

Nominations for last year's two vacancies of non-executive directors closed on 13 April 2011. Two nominations were received.

The candidates were Dickie Armour and Nora Nanayakkara. As the number of nominations was the same as the number of vacancies there was no need for an election. Both nominees were automatically appointed to the Board at the close of our AGM on 25 May 2011.
